All orders are shipped to Greece and Cyprus by ELTA Courier.
The delivery of orders takes place from 9:00 - 17:00 daily, Monday to Friday and after consultation of the customer with the courier company to determine the delivery time.

Upon completion of your order, the shipment is carried out in 1 to 5 working days when the destination is within Greece and in 6 to 10 working days when the shipment is to Cyprus.
The above times may vary if the delivery area is identified as "inaccessible" by the courier company.
All orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) are processed on the same day, while orders placed after this time are processed the next day. Orders placed throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.
In case a product is not available, the order remains on hold and our store will contact you for the expected delivery time, possible replacement or cancellation of the order.
